It builds a personality profile from your answers, statistical estimates and AI-written texts, and offers quizzes and several reading modes. Contact: contact@noetly.com.
Adults only
Noetly is for people aged 18 and over. You confirm this before your first answer. Information pages remain readable without a profile, and refusing profile consent leaves access to those pages and to the controls over your existing data.
Consent and optional questions
Accepting these terms is separate from the explicit consent to the processing of your answers and sensitive inferences, collected on its own. You can start without an email. Any question can be skipped without explanation. Do not enter data that identifies another person.
That consent covers building and presenting your profile, and nothing else: any new purpose, including member search or compatibility between profiles, will be presented separately and apply only with your agreement. The privacy notice informs you about the processing; reading it is not an agreement.
Account and security
Your session is tied to your browser by a cookie. Signing in works through a link sent to your email; the link opens the matching account and, for safety, closes sessions open elsewhere, including on the device that requested it. Keep your links confidential and sign out on shared devices. A profile without an email cannot be recovered if its session is lost.
Public profile
Choosing a handle makes your profile reachable by anyone with the link: handle, name and gender provided, avatar, archetype, silhouette of the main axes, activity, general quiz results. Your personality in detail is reserved to accepted friends by default; every block of your profile is set at three levels, everyone, friends, private. Intimate sections are private by default and open only with an explicit agreement, which you can reverse at any time by hiding them. Friend links give no access to private sections. What a third party already copied cannot be recalled by Noetly.
Scope of the results
Noetly builds your profile with recognised models of personality psychology and shows the reliability of every estimate. These results are meant for you: to understand yourself, talk about it and watch your evolution. They remain estimates, which may contain errors, simplifications or bias, especially while reliability is low. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a professional assessment, and must not ground an important decision about someone else. NPTN guarantees neither a given accuracy nor any particular personal outcome.
Prohibited uses
Impersonating someone, bypassing access protections, collecting other people’s profiles without their knowledge or using Noetly to harass anyone is prohibited. In case of breach, NPTN may suspend or close the profile concerned after informing you by email, except in urgent cases; you may contest at contact@noetly.com. Your data remains exportable for thirty days after a closure.
Ending use, changes, governing law
You can export your data, then withdraw consent and delete your profile online at any time. The Premium subscription conditions are in the terms of sale. A material change to the purposes or processing will be announced and, where necessary, submitted for new consent. These terms are governed by French law; nothing in them sets aside mandatory consumer rights or the courts having jurisdiction by law.
