How does Noetly really work?
Noetly is a voice-based advanced AI therapy and journaling app. You take a few short voice assessments, and Noetly begins to understand you. Based on this, you can access voice therapy sessions or voice journaling whenever you'd like. You can also simply speak your mind whenever you have a thought or insight. You'll receive personalized advice and guided journals based on your character, which evolves over time. Your personal dashboard keeps track of everything daily.
How much does it cost?
Noetly works on a credit system. Each credit equals one minute of therapy, journaling, or assessment. Most journaling sessions use 3 credits, assessments take 1–2 credits, and general therapy sessions cost 1 credit per minute. You receive free credits to start, and you can purchase more at the plans page.
Do I get to keep my sessions and journals?
Yes, all your journals and therapy sessions—everything you've ever shared with Noetly—are yours forever, even if you run out of credits. You can export them, delete them, and they're always yours to control.
Does Noetly identify me?
Noetly has no idea who you really are—and we prefer it that way. Aside from the email you use to register, you remain completely anonymous. In the rare case that you share identifiable information during a session, it is typically removed or replaced. While your data is extremely secure, we do not know who you are.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use state-of-the-art security powered by Google servers. All data is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS protocols and also encrypted at rest. We follow HIPAA standards. Users must log in with a password to access their data.
Do other services have access to my data?
Your data is stored only with us on Google Cloud Services and is not shared with other platforms. While we use pre-trained AI models from other services, your data is never stored outside of Noetly.
I can’t access my account, I want to delete it, or I have another problem. What should I do?
Contact us at Noetly Email and we’ll help you as quickly as possible—usually within 1–4 hours.
Are your therapists AI-based?
Yes, but our models are trained by real therapists and based on academic research. Their responses closely resemble those of a real therapist—at a fraction of the cost.
